XJ Joint for XR-type Rails

Expansion joint to link an XR type rail to any Click channel.

LXJ Joint for LXR-type Rail

Expansion joint to link an LXR type rail to any Click channel. (NB: rails fabricated before 1989 will not work with these joints for such rails should be designated XN or LXN.)

XN-30 Joint for 30° XR-type Rails

Expansion joint for use with 30° angle XR-type rails.

LXN-30 Joint for LXR-type Rail

Expansion joint for use with 30° slop LXR-type rails.

ND Ceiling Beam Joint for CXR

Clamps tp a CXR rail at any point in its length to provide a 90° joint to another rail. Commonly used in ceiling grid structures.

LND Ceiling Beam Joint for LCXR

Clamps to a LCXR rail in its length to provide a 90° joint to another rail. Lightweight version of the more commonly used ND.

AND Adjustable-Angle Node for CXR

Swivelling version of the ND nodelet, allows variable-angle links between CXR rails. Commonly used for diagonal bracing in ceiling structures.

AA Adjustable 90° Angle-Joint

General-purpose 90° angel fix-ing, front-fixes to any system channel.

CN Clamp Nut & Screw

General-purpose fixing nut with a patched screw, which locks against the shoulders of a Click channel when turned. Face fitting. (NB: cannot be used with OUL/HU posts: these channels require ESN nuts).

CN Supernut with Screw

General-purpose fixing nut with a patched screw, which locks against the shoulders of a Click channel when turned. Face fitting. (NB: cannot be used with OUL/HU posts: these channels require ESN nuts).

ESN Large Supernut Assembly

General-purpose fixing nut for OUL/HU channels only. Face fitting.

HUAA HU Angle Adapter

General purpose fixing for use with the intermediate chanell in the HU post. Commonly used for fitting of shelves into corners. Face fitting.

LNU Long Nut – Universal

A general purpose fixing nut which can be used in any system channel. Face fitting.

LN Long Nut

A maximum strength fixing nut for use with cabinet hooks. Not face fitting – i. e. must be introduced from the end of the channel.

FP Fish Plate

General purpose fixing allows two lengths of any Click section to be joined rigidly in their length. Commonly used for lengthening CXR ails and DU posts. Must be introduced from the end of the channel.

JS Spigot Joint for HU/OUL

Provides a rigid link between two lengths of post. A 10mm hole is required in each LEU post (this can readily be drilled on site – or specify ‘drilled for JSL’).

JSL Spigot Joint for LEU

Provides a rigid link between two lengths of LEU. A 10mm hole is required in each LEU post (this can readily be drilled on site – or specify ‘drilled for JSL’).

H Hinge

Permits a variable-angle joint between two Click posts. Most commonly used with DU, SU, and NU for the construction of hinged screens and space-dividers. Supplied with SN fixing nuts. Face fitting.

QJA Quadrant Joint 3-way

Corner joint for radiused QS-based cabinet frame. Comprises one 3-way knuckle, one cap, and four fixing screws.

QJD Quadrant Joint

Two-way version of the QJA joint.

QJ0 Joint for QS/Q0

Metal joint for linking two horizontal QS rails at 135°, with a Q0 post in the vertical. Comprises one 3-way knuckle, one cap, and four fixing screws.

CQJA Chamfered 3-way Quadrant Joint

Corner joint for chamfered CQS based cabinet frame. Comprises one 3-way knuckle, one cap, and four fixing screws.

CQJD Chamfered 2-way Quadrant Joint

Two-way version of the CQJA joint.

CQJ0 Joint for CQS/Q0

Metal joint for linking two horizonal CQS rails at 135°, with a QO post in the vertical. Comprises one 3-way knuckle, one cap, and four fixing screws.

CQJ45-L(R) 45° Composite Quadrant Joint

Joint for linking two horizontal QS/CQS rails at 45°, with Q0 and QS/CQS posts joined in the vertical. Comprises on composite knuckle, two caps, two linking blocks and five fixing screws. Note that these joints are designated Left and Right (suffix L or R), an must be ordered seperately.

NUJ NU Joint with 2 screws

Nylon joint to link the top of an NU post to the underside of a horizontal section. Used to subdivide the long face of a cabinet.

FUJ FU Mitre Joint with 2 Screws

90° joint for use with mitred FU framing section.

SA Standard 90° Angle

General purpose fixing. Commonly used for fixing plints to base boards in Quadrant framed structures.

ACHK Universal Cabinet Hook Assembly

Allows slab end cabinets to be hung side-by-side onto vertical system channels. Comprises pair of hooks which are fixed to the side-cheeks of the cabinet; and a pair of nuts for fitting to system channels.

CHK Cabinet Hook Assembly

Allows a single cabinet or another object to be hung onto any pair of vertical SB system channels. Comprises a pair of hooks which are fixed to the back of the cabinet; and a pair of nuts for fitting the channels

TN-D Double-ended Tee-Nut

Provides a secure fixing between two timber panels. Commonly used for linking two adacent QS framed units.

TN-S Single-ended Tee-Nut

Provides a secure fixing in a timber panel for fittings such as castors.

2x Angle Braces Per Bracket

19 x 19 x 1.2mm Zinc Effect and two Wafer Head Screws supplied.
